Becoming a Karastan Dealer will give you access to trade pricing and will pair you with a dedicated sale rep for your area. This process will require you to submit business information, bank information and trade reference details. Once submitted processing takes about 4 business days. If you have not heard from a member of the Karastan Rugs team within that timeframe and wish to check the status of your application please contact us for additional information.
Accommodation Orders
Only need a few rugs and not ready to open a trade account- no problem! Please fill out the contact information with your request below and we will get back with you on how to process a one-time accommodation order. Please be sure to include specific information about the rugs you are looking to purchase to efficient response time with your request.
