Ordering Information
All custom rug orders require advance payment and are subject to freight charges. Freight costs will be calculated and included in the final order total prior to processing.

Lead Times
We request that you allow 14 days lead time for custom rugs in these collections: Harrington, Scofield, Collinsworth, Tosca,
Gulfport, Bar Harbor, and Captiva.
The Desmond collection will require a 30 day lead time. -
Returns
Because each rug is made to order, returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects. Returns are not accepted for changes of mind or ordering errors.
