No downloads or updates needed, just sign in and you’re ready to go. If you do not yet have access and would like to be set up, please reach out to your Karastan sales representative and they will be happy to assist.

If you still have working hardware from the previous kiosk version, we’ve included a step-by-step guide to help you fully uninstall the legacy application and repurpose your existing device to access the new web-based platform. Please note that while some older hardware may continue to function for now, it is not guaranteed to be a long-term solution, and you may need to explore updated equipment in the future for the best experience.
Step by Step Guide to Repurpose Current Hardware
Lastly, the current kiosk system will be decommissioned on January 1, 2026. After that date, all kiosk hardware will no longer be serviced by Mohawk, as the new application can be accessed from any device with an internet connection. For the best experience, we recommend using the application on a tablet or larger device to ensure optimal image quality and readability.
